Clement was a founding member of Austin
Smiles and continues to volunteer his time several times
a year to provide surgical assistance to children in Third World Countries
and Travis County and surrounding areas, who need his expertise to
correct defects. These services are provided by volunteers at no charge
to the children.
It is a heart warming experience for Dr. Clement to be able to put
a smile on the faces of these children.
