Any surgery is scary and elective Plastic Surgery can be even more intimidating! I am writing to let others, considering this procedure, know that if you are searching for a World class, top notch, Impeccably trained Surgeon - Dr. Robert Clement is that doctor! I have had a breast reduction and chose to go to Dr. Clement for all of the above reasons, and also because of his flawless reputation and precision of an artist. I contemplated this surgery for years and am so disappointed that I waited this long to feel and look this good!! From the moment I came into the office for my consultation I was handled in a warm and welcoming way. The staff was professional, caring and discreet at the same time. Everyone from the nurses to Bailey, the patient Coordinator, were fantastic! They thoroughly explained the options and the procedure start to finish. Both my initial and pre-operative appointments were on time and carefully explained.

My surgery was a full breast reduction that required tremendous skill and precision. I had very large full and weighted breasts that had inhibited my ability to exercise, wear certain clothes, and made me self conscious of my appearance. I also had suffered from daily back pain and even the continued indentations left on my arms due to my bras. I could never find flattering or beautiful lingerie! Well those days are gone! The surgery was performed at the Austin Surgery Hospital, which happens to be the same location as Dr. Clement’s office. The facilities are state of the art. The patient care area is never cramped like most day surgery facilities and the staff and nurses are exceptional. You are also able to take advantage of their post operative care suites if needed, which provide 24 hour care and the rooms are comparable to a 4 star hotel. Dr. Clement comes in multiple times to check on you.. He goes far and beyond any other doctor I have ever seen. I am so pleased with my surgery!! My scars are minimal at best and now my breasts are beautifully proportioned to my frame and as perky as a teenager's!! I trust Dr. Clement with all of my and my children’s surgical needs and most importantly with my life. There are not enough words to describe my utmost recommendation and gratitude for Dr. Clement.

As a patient who generally struggles with comfort in settings that involve doctors of the opposite sex, I would like to recognize Dr. Clement for his unsurpassed professionalism, caring and compassionate demeanor, incredibly tactful bedside manner, and the overall genuine interest he takes in his patients and their needs. Beyond how great he is personally, I think it would be a monumental task to find a doctor with a similar talent and skill level for surgeries. He is an absolute miracle maker. I had very large breasts as a young teen, and then grew to a size F after the delivery of my daughter. Suddenly, after I finished breast feeding, my breasts shrank to a very small C and dropped in the most depressing way. I went into my breast lift and augmentation surgery with very realistic expectations. I hoped they'd be shapelier and more full, but I had no idea that they would turn out to be absolute perfection! I feel like a 16-year-old again with PERFECT breasts! WOW, WOW and WOW! Don't go to anyone else. You'll see some of Dr. Clement's work on a friend one day and wish you hadn't.
